The 2000 Poster Design Contest Winner is Sara Schroeder. Sara Schroeder is a freelance artist currently living in Gainesville, Florida with her husband and son. Born and raised in north Idaho, Art on the Green has been a favorite summertime event for as long as she can remember. Sara's artistic style revolves around whimsy and color, freedom and movement. The crowds of people at Art on the Green inspire just such a festive, carefree feeling -- proposing perfect subject matter for one of her illustrations. Currently Sara is working on a children's book and hopes to continue successfully in that field.
